Body Posture – Increase Vocal Power

Have you ever after sitting down for a while suddenly picked up the phone and started speaking and found that your voice felt stuck and just too quiet?

When you carry your body well you are able to have more body strength to produce a powerful voice that will ultimately bring out your presence.

To have a stronger voice you must use your whole body. If you are sitting, crouched over a computer, a phone, or a small device and you want to use your voice you should first stand and move your body around to generate more power and energy in your body and then it will be easier to speak out.

“The only reason to master this technique is to be sure the body does not interfere with the soul’s free expression.”La Meri
